Our Story
Why we started with the plan, not the pitch.
Most commercial projects sell a rendering and a promise. We started differently — with a sanctioned, dimensioned layout: exact plot area, exact coverage, exact parking allocation. Greentik Acres is designed around those numbers, not around them.
The result is a 14-unit commercial complex on a 4,080 sq.ft corner plot in Muktsar, Punjab — where every shop gets street frontage, a share of dedicated parking, and a front elevation built to modern retail standards.

To create commercial spaces in Punjab's growing towns that shop owners are proud to open their doors in — and customers make a point of visiting.

Every design decision — from the entry gate to the internal access streets — is traceable back to the sanctioned master plan, so what's promised is what gets built.

Muktsar is one of Punjab's steadily growing district towns — an established agricultural trade centre now seeing rising demand for organised retail, dining, and service businesses.
